The Ruby Valley Hospital Foundation is dedicated to enhancing and supporting the vital role and mission of The Ruby Valley Hospital in providing quality healthcare to area residents and visitors. We strive to develop and manage private support to assure the Hospital’s financial integrity and the high level of professional service.

Vision

The Ruby Valley Hospital Foundation strives to endow The Ruby Valley Hospital with high quality diagnostic equipment and a healthy environment thus providing all in the Ruby Valley access to excellent medical care whenever needed.

2013 Goals and Objectives

 Enhance and support the vital role and mission of the Hospital by:

1. Raising community awareness of the Hospital’s needs by holding a well planned and publicized fund raising event that features the planned upgrades and expansion.
2. Acknowledging hospital staff, medical providers and hospital administration at the appreciation event and in any foundation publications and articles.
3. Working with the Hospital Auxiliary to compliment their fundraising efforts.
4. Expanding the size of the Foundation Board.

1. Expanding and maintaining a database of all potential and historic donors and supporters, including their addresses and their giving history.
2. Continuing to solicit private and corporate contributions to the Foundation via a year-end solicitation letter that includes a brief report of the efforts and accomplishments of the foundation and by other means.
3. Concentrating fund raising efforts on the upcoming capital campaign to meet the needs of the hospital in cooperation with the Hospital administration, staff and the community.
